No baby yet...

Alyse had been a trooper through this past week. She is trying to prevent herself from going crazy by staying occupied and not thinking about "the due date". She said that if she keeps thinking about the fact that today should be the last day, she will go "loca" until she gets him out of her belly. 

I am trying to keep the updates rolling on my blog. If anyone is interested, it is mikeandalyse.com. Don't put in the www. or it will not work. I had it password protected, but I took that feature off for now. 

She has been feeling contractions and other pains that come with the pregnancy, and the baby has dropped a little bit.  Last week she had dilated to a 2, and we are hoping that tomorrow (if nothing happens this afternoon) our doctor will tell us to head to the hospital and we will get him out of there. We have an appointment in the early AM to see the doc, so everyone cross your fingers! 

You all can concur that Alyse will be an amazing mom. She has every great characteristic that both her mom and my mom have, and then some. She is incredible and she will be so great with our kids.  Our lil' one is lucky to have her! And of course... so am I.
