Easter

We had a nice Easter this year.  Nothing super exciting, but still nice.  Mike's older brother and his family came home for the week and so we got to spend time with the whole Swenson family, except for Uncle Shawn who is on his mission in Guatemala. We took some pictures after church and even though they are a bit shadowy, I still thought they turned out nice.  Jack just kept trying to get to the rocks in the yard so he could eat them! Such a boy! 

We enjoyed the opportunity to remember our Savior, his life and sacrifice for us. We cannot wait for the time when Jack can understand why we celebrate Easter. Until then, He is more than happy to eat the plastic eggs! 

 Jack and I went down to Grandma and Grandpa Roper's house on Saturday for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Sadly, because of the bad weather, the Easter Bunny had to hide the eggs inside this year. I tried to get some pictures of Jack and his easter basket, but he was too distracted by all of the excitement. Sorry, once again, the pics are not great! I am terrible with a camera!
