Swimming Lessons

Jack and I had two weeks of "Mommy and Me" swimming lessons this July. We spent the two weeks at Grandma Roper's house so that we could take lessons with our best friends Suzanne and Lincoln. We had so much fun. I was not worried about taking lessons with Jack because he LOVES the water. The first day of lessons, Jack was just trying to figure out what was going on. Then, on the second day he cried for most of the lesson and it got me worried. He didn't really like being forced to do things in the water, he just wanted to play. Luckily, from then on he did great and we looked forward to lessons each day. At the end of each lesson, they let us go play on the slide and that was probably Jack's favorite part. One day, Jack was lucky enough to have Uncle Brett take him to lessons while I took pictures. We loved being able to play and talk with Suzanne and Lincoln!
