Jack is finally walking! It only took about 15 months to get there! He is now confident enough to walk around almost anywhere he wants, but it has taken the whole month of July to get to that point. These pictures are of his first steps on June 25th. He still needs a little help here and there and can't go from a sitting position to standing without help from us or furniture, but I am sure he will get there.
As I was saying, Jack is now 15 months old and is sooo much fun! I am not sugar coating it to sound like I have a perfect child either! Yes, he has his moments, but for the most part he is a really pleasant kid! He is jabbering constantly and learning a new word every so often. He has learned to play pretend and loves to play with cups and spoons. He stirs the "pretend drink" and then takes a drink and even makes the sipping and "ahhh" sound after! Then he has to share his drink with Mommy and Daddy. He loves balls and "titty" (kitty) and is starting to really like trucks. He loves anything he can sit and ride on and anything that makes noise!
I love seeing each stage he goes through and I am amazed at how smart he is! I think all of the fun we are having with Jack now is making up for the hard work we put in when he was an infant. I am sure he will dish more out when the 2's come!!! Love you Jackers!!!!!

Walking is a whole new world isn't it? It lets them be more independent, which is great sometimes, and big trouble other times! I'd start keeping your garbage cans off the floor or you may start to notice that you are missing things and have no idea where they went! Haha! And he's getting so close to nursery age!
Yeah! He looks so big and handsome. I agree with the garbage cans. I just about lost some cash one time, who knows what I have lost that way. Anyway, you are such a good mom no wonder he is such a happy boy.
